To book, you must pay either a 100% prepayment or a 50% prepayment. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 2 weeks before the start of your stay.

Services ordered on site are paid for on site.

All prices are in euros and include VAT. The price applies to the entire complex (accommodation for up to 10 guests).

Bookings cannot be cancelled free of charge. If a booking with a prepayment condition is cancelled, the accommodation provider has the right not to refund the prepaid amount.

Woodland Retreat Lodge is at your disposal from 15.00 on the day of arrival until 12.00 on the day of departure.

General terms.

1. Ordering terms

1.1. These terms apply to the legal relations between the person (hereinafter the Guest) and SAGGIS Kinnisvara OÜ, the owner of the booking environment https://woodlandlodge.eu/ (hereinafter the Woodland Retreat Lodge booking environment), arising when services and products are purchased through the Woodland Retreat Lodge booking environment.

1.2. In addition to these terms, the legal relations arising from the purchase of services and products through the Woodland Retreat Lodge booking environment are governed by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.

1.3. Transactions in the booking environment may be made by a person who is at least 18 years old and has full active legal capacity. The person whose bank account or credit card was used for the payment is responsible for the consequences of orders placed by a person who does not meet these requirements.

2. Price information

2.1. All prices are in euros and include the value added tax established in the Republic of Estonia.

2.2. Please check the selected price information carefully. Prepayment is mandatory for some prices. If you cancel a booking made at a price with a prepayment condition, the service/product provider has the right not to refund the prepaid amount.

2.3. If a service/product has not been paid for in advance, it must be paid for on arrival in cash or by card.

3. Payment terms for prepaid products

3.1. A service/product purchased by the client through the Woodland Retreat Lodge booking environment can be paid for by bank transfer via internet banking or by Visa/Mastercard.

By paying the fee, the client confirms that they have read and accept all the terms and rules made available by the service provider through the booking environment.

4. Ordering and order confirmation

4.1. When placing an order, please fill in all mandatory fields in the booking system (name, email, etc.). Your order is confirmed once you have received an order confirmation at the email address you provided.

5. Cancelling, changing and refunds

5.1. Different cancellation and refund terms apply to accommodation and accommodation packages. The terms for changing, cancelling and refunding accommodation and accommodation packages are stated in the price description of the accommodation and/or package selected in the booking environment. If you cancel a booking made at a price with a prepayment condition, the hotel has the right not to refund the prepaid amount.

5.2. The validity of accommodation and/or an accommodation package is the start and end date of the stay and/or package. Once the validity period has expired, the accommodation and/or package becomes invalid and is not subject to refund or exchange.

5.3. To change an order, please place a new order and cancel the previous one. When placing the new order, the price and the availability of products/services may have changed.

5.4. In the case of a late cancellation, the product/service provider may apply a penalty equal to the price of the first night. If the provider has incurred any expenses related to your order, these must also be reimbursed to the provider.

5.5. The confirmation email sent to you states the exact cancellation deadline before which all cancellations must be made to avoid cancellation fees. Please read the rules carefully.

6. Privacy policy

6.1. Personal data submitted when purchasing a product/service in the online booking environment is confidential and is processed in accordance with the requirements of data protection law.

6.2. Woodland Retreat Lodge does not disclose the client’s personal data to third parties without the client’s consent, except in cases provided by law.

6.3. The personal data processed is the data requested from the client when placing the order (first and last name, phone number, email address, etc.).

6.4. The security of payments by bank link and bank card is protected by the SSL security protocol, which ensures that the information exchanged cannot be intercepted or altered by third parties.

7. Additional information about the product/service provider

7.1. Arrival and departure. Woodland Retreat Lodge is at your disposal from 15.00 on the day of arrival until 12.00 on the day of departure.

7.2. Smoking rules. Woodland Retreat Lodge is intended for non-smokers. If the Guest violates the smoking ban, the company has the right to demand compensation of costs from the Guest.
